QubeOS is an independent UK software studio, based in the North West of England and in Poznań, Poland. We are a technology partner for small and mid-size firms that have outgrown spreadsheets, shared drives and off-the-shelf packages: we design and build custom, AI-native operations systems around how each firm actually runs. One system, six elements: Data, Interface, Intelligence, Automation, Output and Governance.
Who you deal with
QubeOS is led by Jamie Williams, a designer, developer and systems builder with more than twenty years' experience. He works directly with the people doing the work and builds each system himself, so the person who learns how your business runs is the person who builds for it.
No account managers and no outsourcing. Jamie is who you speak to from the first conversation, and who you ring when something needs changing.
How we work
We get close to the work first. We sit with the people doing it and follow real cases through, exceptions and workarounds included, and build from what we find.
