Prospect's workflow was scattered across seven disconnected tools. Data was duplicated, nothing talked to anything else, and too much of the day went on admin instead of the work itself.
We rebuilt the entire operation around a single cloud platform. It automates the mundane end to end, while surfacing the few decisions that genuinely need a human. It has run in production through 80+ releases.
